What C4Stage is

C4Stage is a web app for software-architecture diagrams built on the C4 model. You describe your software once: people, systems, containers, components and datastores. The canvas renders it as one diagram you drill into, and every save becomes a version you can compare and restore. From there the diagram stays current three ways. Your own AI draws it from your code, and the code stays on your machine. Your team edits it together in real time. Production checks it: give a node a health URL and its status shows on the box.

C4 in one sentence: the same architecture drawn at four levels — context (who talks to your system), containers (the deployable things inside it), components (the parts inside those), and code. C4Stage puts the first three on a single canvas: expanding a box takes you a level deeper without switching diagrams. The code level is not drawn.
