The diff view

Open History and press Compare versions: the canvas renders both at once as a git-style overlay — green added, red removed (ghosted, dashed), amber changed, unchanged dimmed. It reads straight from history, so “what did the assistant actually do last week?” is two clicks.

While the diff is up, the flow player’s slot carries the diff bar instead: the two versions to compare, the legend (added, removed, changed) and Exit diff. With a flow active, the rail’s Sequence view pill draws the same comparison as a sequence.

Only meaning counts: renames, re-wires, added and removed things. Positions and edge routing are layout and never show as changes. The diff is a view like any other — copy the link and send it.
