Plans & limits

An AI action is one assistant message, or one MCP call that changes a canvas. Both come out of the same monthly allowance.

Free is a 30-day trial, no card needed: 1 workspace, 1 canvas with up to 2 flows, 3 collaborators (you plus two, the same people for sharing and live editing), 2 presentation viewers, and 20 AI actions a month. Pro ($14.99 a month or $150 a year) goes further: 3 workspaces, 10 canvases with 10 flows each, 10 collaborators, 25 presentation viewers, 300 AI actions a month. Studio ($29.99 a month or $300 a year) lifts every limit, within fair use, and adds priority support. Enterprise is a conversation: white label, custom builds, your own infrastructure, SSO and per-role access control, and a named contact.

Who pays. The subscription belongs to the canvas owner, and a canvas runs on the owner's plan: its flow, collaborator and presentation-viewer limits come from that plan, and so does whether it can be edited at all. People the owner invites need an account, not a paid plan. AI actions are the exception: each person's assistant messages and MCP edits count against their own account.

When a free trial ends, that account's canvases turn read-only for everyone until a plan is picked. Every canvas is kept and nothing is deleted. Limits gate growth, never what you already have: going past one is answered where it happens (creating a canvas, saving a third flow, inviting a fourth person, the twenty-first AI action) with a note that names the limit. Your current usage is under the account chip, and the plans page is where upgrading and billing live.

Separately from plan limits, actions that could be abused or that spend real money are rate limited per account: the assistant, MCP, tokens, sharing, probes, comments, canvas creation, presentations and billing. The public presentation-join link and the email-confirmation step have no account to count against, so they are limited per IP address instead.
