Free is a 30-day trial, no card needed. It maps one system: 1 workspace, 1 canvas with up to 2 flows, 3 collaborators (you plus two — the same people for sharing and live editing), 2 live presentation viewers, and 10 AI actions a month (assistant messages and MCP edits share the pool). Pro ($19.99 a month or $200 a year, per editor) adds room: 3 workspaces, 10 canvases with 10 flows each, 10 collaborators, 25 presentation viewers, 300 AI actions a month. Studio ($49.99 a month or $500 a year) lifts every limit and adds priority support. Enterprise is a conversation — white label, custom builds, your own infrastructure.

When the trial ends the account turns read-only — every canvas stays, nothing is deleted, and picking a plan reopens it. Limits gate growth, never what you already have. Going past one is answered where it happens — creating a canvas, saving a third flow, inviting a fourth person, the eleventh AI action — with a note that names the limit; every canvas, flow and collaborator you already have stays. Shared canvases run on their owner's plan. Your current usage is under the account chip, and the plans page is where upgrading and billing live.

Separately from plan limits, actions that could be abused or that spend real money — the assistant, MCP, tokens, sharing, probes, comments, canvas creation, presentations and billing — are rate limited per account, while the public presentation-join link and the email-confirmation step are rate limited per address instead.
